We use extra jumbo, tender, and plump shrimp—rarely found elsewhere. The famous garlic shrimp loved by locals and visitors in Kahuku on O‘ahu’s North Shore is now here at the Makai Market Food Court in Ala Moana Center, bringing that same original flavor to town.

Using the original recipe passed down from the creator, we’ve perfectly recreated the authentic taste of the original Kahuku location. And now, we’re introducing new and exciting shrimp flavors, like our bold Szechuan Mala Shrimp, alongside other creative dishes that celebrate both our roots and local tastes.
