Every dish is cooked fresh daily at our Ala Moana kitchen using our signature house-made sauces, handcrafted garlic oil, and fresh jumbo shrimp — the same legendary recipe locals and visitors have loved for decades.
Choose from lunchbox-style meals or buffet trays — all made the same day and ready to serve.
We’ll provide utensils, servingware, and gloves, making setup and cleanup simple.

Each lunchbox includes our signature shrimp plate with rice, salad, and orange or pineapple slice.
🍤 Buffet-Style Platters (Shared Trays)
A great option for corporate functions, team celebrations, or large group events. Buffet trays include our freshly cooked shrimp prepared with house-made garlic oil and handcrafted sauces, paired with rice, salad, and add-ons like mac salad or garlic edamame.
Each tray serves approximately 5 to 8 people. Perfect for large gatherings.
